Have you considered the roll on type liner? I used a Herculiner kit from the local farm & fleet. It was easy to install with clear instructions and there was enough product to cover the entire bed and tail gate. If you have a long box you need an additional quart of product. My total cost was less than $75 because there was a rebate. The final product looks great, there is no loss of bed space and stuff dosent slide around in the bed anymore!
