Hey I am gonna tape off my '78 tomaro for a double flame job (clearcoat flames over top of the flat black paint). I will need flares, but don't know what size width to get yet, because I don't have the new tires and wheels yet- on back order. My question is: How much area does the Bushwacker Extenda flares (NOT THE CUT OUT FLARES) cover up? Do they just come up to the body line around the wheelwells, or do they go past that and if so by how much? I don't want the flares to cover up any flame edges. I couldn't find any pics on the net that are clear and big enough to see. Thanks guys.
I do not know how all you guys always copy sentences from other posts into the one you are writing, so I can't do that, but, to Mark A, You do have a beatifull truck, I hope one of mine is that pretty someday. But once again I can't see an exact mesurment off my computer screen. How F-250 Super duty said he thinks they were 4" all the way around from the inside out, thats what I need but it would be nice to know a deffinit answer before I botch my paint job
