I am So Cold!!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone I have 2004 f350 with 147K miles and I am freezing. I know this has been talked about often; but I have not seen a common them expect for being under load or no load. I have not changed the thermostat but I think it might be a little more north. There is some type of flow control on the heater hose. How can I check this? Also is it needed. Yes up to this point I have been lucky; one IFM computer and that's is no other problems. The compute was replaced about two months ago.
Thank You

I can understand some pretty bad english, but I didn't catch any of that either.

My advice for no heat
-Thermostat. You'll know its bad if your coolant temp gauge isn't rising.

-Simple fix... your coolant level is low. It should be at the MIN line when cold and pressure released from bottle.

Sorry must be brain freeze. I have no heat unless I am giving it throttle. Even then its not great. I have full level of coolant.
There is some kind of flow device on one of the heater hoses how can I check this or can this be removed.

I know of no flow device. I could be wrong though.

Forgot about the water pump

What is the temp gauge on your dash reading?

edit:

...and the heater core

I think I'm calling it a night fellas

Some trucks have a valve in the hose going to the heater core. I would think you can bypass that valve in your troubleshooting without much problem (although it may be in a fairly "hard-to-reach" location). While you have the valve out, you can check for "heater core plugging" by also disconnecting the return heater hose and running water or blowing air through the heater core.

On my 2006, the hose to the heater core attaches to the valve with just a hose clamp. fairly accessible. IIRC, the return heater hose runs along the firewall to the drivers side and has a hose clamp that is fairly accessible under the degas bottle. Not sure about the 2004's.
