Injection Control Pressure Sensor
Recently picked up a 1997 F350 PS. It had coolant in the oil, and a few mechanics had looked at it already...so the seller says. Headgaskets were done and the oil cooler rebuilt. Well "rebuild" may be overstating it, but thats what I was told. Someone was in there and there was grey RTV all over the O-rings. Rebuilt it properly and hoping for the best now.
It seems the PO had problems with the last mechanic and had it towed home after 6 month and a buch of his stuff going mising and now the cops are involved....anyway something went on there.
I am now finding signs of "sabotage", started and fuel send wires cut, loose bolts all over the truck, missing batteries, missing vacuum pump, clutch slave busted, missing a bunch of small parts here and there...etc. Got all that straightened out though.
last thing I am wrestling with is the Injection Contro Pressure Sensor plug.....its missing, more correctly its been cut off.

So I got a pigtail from an IH schoolbus and the plug fits:

But the plug has all brown wires, so i need the correct pinout to install it.
Anyone have it? Or could check their truck?
And before you ask...i didn't pay alot for the truck.
I made a mess of that 1 Joe.
Looking at wire, lock at 6
Right A = GY/R
Mid C = DB/LG or LB/R
Left B = BR/W
Bill
wired it up and truck runs much smoother and check engine light is off.

Still smokes more than it should, but it may just need to be driven.
If only I could get the clutch to bleed now......
