Open the rat pet-**** and wash the coolant out with hose water while the truck is running and draining. That will be faster then pulling the block heater out you will never get all the old coolant out taking the block heater out just some food for thought...

Like Cookie said, just taking out the heater wont drain the block. You're gonna hafta remove the starter to get at the block drain on the right side.
