I called the police but can you believe this? VISA WOULD NOT PROSECUTE! Said it is too expensive. So the police can do nothing. I guess in this country crime does pay!

I believe it, that's why the dirt bags do it. That is why we are in a financial crap hole in this country. Just write it off. Think nobody is paying for this? You and me do. Investors do. Honest folks do while chitheads slip through the cracks. Even if we prosecuted them, they would do less than a month in jail, then be on probation because it is expensive to keep a petty turd in jail. They don't pay for that. Maybe we ought to rethink that. Rant over.
