Interior Light Problem on new truck

Hey guys..new guy here. I just bought a 1999 f-350 with the 6.8. The interior lights will not come on when I open any of the doors nor will they come on when I use the instrument cluster wheel brightness adjuster to turn them on. The bright red lights come on that are on the doors when they are opened. I looked at the fuse panel diagram to see if there is a specific fuse for it but I couldn't find one. Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks guys

May be a stupid suggestion but, did you check the bulb?

There are 4 bulbs that are supposed to come on, but I will check them anyway

Last I checked, the interior lights weren't specific to the V10

You also have a relay that controls the dome light. I have had my door open for an extended period of time before and actually heard the relay click when the light went out and the door was still open.
