PB dual MC conversion

Has anyone used this set up. This particular one is the "budget" version upgrades are $200 to $270 or so. There are probably cheaper ways to go but if this one is, as they claim, a bolt on conversion it sounds good. I plan on replacing the lines so anything having to do with re-plumbing would be taken care of.

Funny you should ask, ………about as funny as an impacted wisdom tooth. Just went through the same soul-searching-stay-awake-at-night-decision making process. Further complicated by import fees and a different currency. Nobody said it would be easy, did they?

My input; I would say that the “cheap” one would be OK, not too sure about the custom fit information, kina looks a little like a universal fit to me, look up MBM brakes (dealer only) universal one, they have a nice site.

MBM Disc Brakes

I went with the 7 inch booster universal with the petal assembly, probably the same unit, Pirate Jacks has this for $ 199.00. I have previously installed the MC/booster only and used the old petal on a 37 Ford coupe and the old linkage left a lot to be desired, a whole lot.

I failed to mention this is going on a '56 F-350 (unless you looked at my gallery and made some assumptions), I might have a little more room to work with maybe, sorta, kinda, hopfully.
If I had the f-100 I'd be going disc and probably a firewall mounted unit. The f-350 will be basically stock with just some upgrades for safety's sake. With the stock gearing it will be straining to get much past 50 (but with the 1 ton, you see, I would only have to make half as many trips).
Thanks a ton.

Stay tuned, when it warms up here, I will undoubtedly have more questions related to the new plumbing (e.g. check valve or no, etc.)
