my buddy did the semi rims and tires on his 350 duall i think 22.5 inch rims but it looks great and supposed to get 200k+ miles on the tires i was talkin to him about doin the super single but he lookied into it told me the super single doesnt last as long or something like that, he went kept his dualies semi rims and tires though
Any idea as to how much money you are talking about? I knew it would be a bit pricey but it's time for me to replace the tires anyway so that helps cover some of the cost?
Is this something that you sale?
Thanks,
Ed
the super single is a semi or tractor trailer tire i was saying semi as in tractor trailer tires, i dont know where he got them i want to say i remember him sayin he spent around 1500 but im really not sure i know you need a 10 lug adaptor for each wheel new rims and the tires.
the tires he has are the same tires you see on a standard tractor trailer except only one axle in the back
This company uses a super single type of setup on their brush fire vehicles. Contacting them may assist you in finding the wheels and tires you want. B.R.A.T. - Original B.R.A.T.
I have a 2005 F-350 Dually and want to change out the double tires on the rear to the new super singles, does anyone have any advice or direction?
Thanks,
Ed
ED!
these may be the craziest tires ever made. they look nasty and perform great. a friend of mine has an f350 powerstroke with dualies. scrapped the rear 4 tires for 2 supersingles. and tires of the same size in the front (but not nearly as wide)
out where we are we do alot of trail riding, but no one wants dualies. you get rocks and crap stuck in between em.
now if anyone gets stuck.. you know whos comin to get you out.
