First of all I'd like to thank everybody for all the help!! This place is awesome!!
I performed the following mods/maintenance this weekend:
6637 Air Filter Mod
CCV Mod
Cleaned boost tubes and boots and cleaned motor bay
New serp belt
New o-rings at turbo pedestal
Unplugged EBPV
I also took out my EBS tube/sensor to clean and found the tube was cracked. Due to being 2 hours from home (friend has a warm shop) I re-installed the tube.
On the way to Des Moines, IA from Omaha, NE I got 13.58 MPG traveling 72 MPH (with cruise) on clear roads. After installing the mods, I got 14.99 MPG driving back to Omaha on partially snow covered roads at ~65 MPH (no cruise) still in 2 wheel drive. My question is: shouldn't have the 6637 air filter mod and boost tubes/boots cleaning gained more MPG than that? Or is the cracked EBS tube still robbing me of big MPG? I honestly had expected a 3-4 or more MPG gain out of these mods/maintenance.
I don't think that's a bad start. Several have reported mileage gains after cleaning the EBP tube. A cracked tube can't be helping things too much. You're also likely to pick up some more MPG when you get back to the summer grade fuel. Any mods to the truck? Any lift, and what size tires are you running? The folks getting the best mileage are typically the 2wd guys running stock tires. Also driving style plays a big role in MPG's. Keep the truck at or below 2000 rpm's, including during acceleration, and you'll see a jump in mileage.
The only mods the truck has are in my signature. The previous owner installed another front leaf spring because he used the truck for plowing snow. My tires are BF Goodrich All-Terrain 285s. I know these are bigger than stock but their not anything drastic. At 2000 RPMs the truck runs 68 MPH, so at 72 MPH on the interstate its slightly above 2000 RPMs. While in-town driving I generally drive her under 2000 RPMs unless merging onto the interstate or if I'm in hurry to get somewhere. 90% of the time its under 2000 RPMs.

285/75/16's running at SPEEDO 68mph is really 70.228mph and should be around 1950 rpms. The 72mph speedo would be 74.4 mph and is just above 2000. Just a heads up for speeding tickets and if you're looking to gain a lil on MPG.
