A friend and I just picked up an 84 F250 2x4 and we were wanting to lower the tuck 3-4 inches all the way around. now for the question can I get a f150 springs and twin i beam will that work or could I get the dream beam setup? the only thing I didnt see a set up for the f250
any input would he helpful

It may be cheaper and easier to rip the whole frontend out and install a different suspension under it. Rearend too. Then you could get away from the 8 lug rims and have a better selection to choose from.

You picked the worst possible donor truck to start with. The f250 is a heavy duty pickup and the front twin I beam is about the worst there is to try to lower, and keep a good alignment. The rearend is huge and heavy. The frame is probably too wide for any old vehicle.
