Question Dumb block heater question.

Both my 01s came from warm climate and don't have block heaters. Here in NJ we don't really need them anyway. My vans have them but I don't use them. But my cousin in the mountains in PA just bought one and wants to know where the plug for the heater is, only I have no idea. His is an 01 F250. Thanks for any help.

Tucked inside the bumper just under the driver's side tow eye if the wire has been installed.

the heater is at the end of the orange cord above the oil filter..the cord will most likely be tied up and tucked away next to the rad behind the front bumper driver side..

The 01's came standard with block heaters and cords. Like the others have said, check behind the bumper, near the tow hook. It's always very well hidden.
