Like the 08 Better

Am I the only one that the more I study it the more I like the 04-08 over the new 09? I don't tow or anything like that. I just want a good comfortable dependable truck that rides good and will last a long time. If you need the capabilities and features of a Superduty then buy one.
The driver side grab handle is enough to make me stick with an 08. What was Ford thinking?

Youre the only one in my book! This truck is a big improvement. The bigger cab, the nicer interior...But to each his own..

The 09 is better than the 08 in every category except the engine. The 08 has no appeal to me even with 12K off MSRP.

You can still find the 08's cheap. Buy one. The 09 rocks. I spent the extra money to get the 09 over the 08 for a reason. No comparison in my book!

Coming from my last two F250's 4X4's this truck is a piece of cake to get in. I never used the handle in my 250's, just the steering wheel.

My parents were going to buy a new 09... but with both of them having back problems, they are now keeping the 05 because of the lack of a grab handle....they need something to pull upward on with their backs...

It doesn't seem like a big deal to most of us....but i watched them struggle to get into an 09 comfortably and it just wasn't happening....\

Hopefully ford will get the idea and put the handles back in....or at least make it an accessory...

I always use the steering wheel. It seems like it works much better to get me into the truck than the rail.

I do as well...but for some it doesn't work as well...its the angle of how they pull that makes it much easier for my mother than using the steering wheel....i think its just a short sighted removal by ford....i'm hoping the fix it...

I like the improved visibility by not having the handle, use the steering wheel.

On my 07 the handle is entirely behind the pillar....the pillar hampers the visability...not the handle...

only the crew is bigger, I will agree that i like the handles, but not enough to keep me from buying the new truck.
