I'm not sure if I should post this or not , but I'm looking for a custom cab headliner....I am also considering making my own. any pictures (in or out of the vehicle would be helpful. i believe that there are 4 pieces. I have the 2 side pieces that are on the sides in the cab corners , the 2 long stainless curved trim pieces and the cab light. what else am I missing?
there will be a large piece for the cieling and a long one about 8 inches wide that goes all the way across the back that holds the light and sits kinda at a 45 degree angle. there have been a few postings on where to buy them. used are hard to come by as they are usually not in any condition to use. Dutch
how about the trim.? I'm guessing im missing corner pieces , and front / rear long stright pieces... I wish I had some dimensions I'd make my own from fiberboard
1) One large section that covers the center and front of the roof.
2) A smaller section that fits between the front section and the rear window...the dome lamp fits into this section.
5 special clips (C4TZ8152140A) retain the front section to the rear section.

3 & 4) One right and one left corner section. Replacements came flat, had to be bent to fit the corners.
When I replaced mine, I just lined these pieces up, pushed them into the corners. Worked perfectly.
As original: The Custom Cab headliner was perforated, the Standard Cab headliner was not.

There are two hockey stick shaped anodized aluminum mouldings that fit to the rear, and above the doors: C4TZ81519A18A Right & C4TZ81519A19A Left.
No Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.

I read somewhere that Dennis Carpenter has all four headliner pieces, which headliner it is, I dunno.

There are no front/rear mouldings. Only the two above and to the rear of the doors.
I found a few headliner pieces NOS (new old stock), see my post above.
