01 King Ranch???
hey guys im new here and i was wondering what yall thought about this truck im looking at its a 01 king ranch f150 4wd in good shape with 160k miles on it the guy would take 8k for it good buy????????? HELPPPPPPPPP

I have this truck, nice but
I went from a 1988 Ford F-150 to a 2001 Kings Ranch with 2WD short bed. Nice but one Problem
I just blew a spark pug out of the cylinder head......found out this is common...........plug takes the threads with it, and broke the spark plug coil also........... total bill to fix it
tap the hole with a threaded insert, replaced all spark plugs and my bill was .......$613.00
They told me it can still happen again.....7 more times.....seven more plugs
I am not sure if I want to keep this truck.....77,000 miles on truck
Your truck has double that??????
it's up to you......I may go back to a 1976 Ford F-150

While you have experienced this unfortunate problem, it is not as common as you might think. Consider the millions of these engines out there and the few that have blown a plug. I wouldn't worry about it much at all especially if you do your own work and torque the plugs correctly.
