I may have a friend that can cut vinyl for the inside of the vehicle.....one of the static type decals that don't sweat the ice scrappings because it's inside. Just a thought.
I think he'd do it for the cost of the vinyl and the work for the design....It would cost us $4-5 per.....

I'd think about being able to do both inside and outside, mainly because of the tinted windows in the trucks. Check around to see what you can get, we were able to get ours for about $1.10 a decal.

I think that if we are going to go with something on a window that it should be on the outside because most of the newer trucks have tinted rear windows and anything put on the inside would be difficult to see unless you were right on top of it.
