99 f150 driver side squeak

howdy. I have a 99 f150 4x4. the drivers side front wheel squeak. If I rock truck back and forth side to side or push up and down on front of truck, it squeaks real loud and it appears, after hours of trying to narrow down where it is coming from, it appears that it is at where the front axle rubber boot area meets the back of the wheel area. Any suggestions and price repair?

Is the axle boot in one piece? No tears? Check that your brake backing plate isn't bent and rubbing on rotor or tierod end.

Rubber boot is fine. I will jack up and check the other items you suggested.
