rocker stud change

When I took my head in to have the valves changed to over-size valves, the machinist put in 7/16" rocker studs too.

Doesn't that mean I won't be able to use the stock arms?

The only 7/16" arms I see on all the sites are for roller rockers.

A little help would be appreciated.

Check with the machinist...if he drilled and tapped 7/16 he probably should have installed 7/16 X 3/8 studs rather than 7/16 X 7/16.

dont worry about that, stock should work, 7/16s studs are usually on 77 and lower, 3/8s non adjustable on 78 and up. when i got my head done it was dont with 3/8 so there was no screwing around. the studs are pressed in too. stock rockers will work. when i first changed mine because they were worn i used my stock rockers.
