300 sounding mean
[updated:LAST EDITED ON 16-Dec-02 AT 03:35 AM (EST)]I run just headers with extensions in the summer time with my 302. It sounds very mean and loud. If I see a cop I just keep the engine at a constant speed, nethier accelerating or slowing down. It is quiet just like it had glasspacks on it. You can get a set of headers for your 300. IMHO, clifford sucks. hedman also makes headers for the 300, but youll have to ask silver streak to see how they sound.
while going to my fianl today, saw a pretty nice 87-91 f150, sounded pretty good, ideled and coasted quielty, but one he put put some throtlle on.....well, i cnat really describe it but it was a nice sound, you could tell he had a 302, none of the tractorness inherent with the 6, but sounded "reved" a bit too high for a 351.
and gene, back off already, we already know you dont like it. i dont want to be an a$$ or anything, but come on, dont spoil our fun.

i have a 94 f150 with a 351w running no muffler and splitting into duals with 3 inch chrome tips, in addition to that i have 2 eclipse 15's acting as my backseat. :-X12
and yes im proud of myself genestoner, i just schedule my whole life around annoying people like you. you are just instigating fights and polluting the forums. ive seen many of your worthless posts and couldnt help myself to chime in. you are not the only person in the world and you need to understand that your not going to get what you want and need to stop crying about it. sometimes i think you actually get on the website everyday and scan posts so that you can state your opinions. im sure everybody is sick and tired of your thoughts and would like for you to do something constructive.
