I am having troubl with the a4wd system in my 98 exp. It has the selector for 2wd a4wd 4hi 4low. When the selector is in the a4wd position the dash indicator blinks on and of constantly and there seems to be no engaging of the a4wd system. Where do I start? Thanks in advance for any help.
Sensor in transfer case is bad. The motor on the transfer case has to be removed to get to the 2 sensors. Best to replace the pair of them. I had a buddy of mine that does trans work do the job ofr me.
