You could add sulfur back into the fuel, but it will not do anything positive for the fuel...or your truck engine. In taking out the sulfur during the manufacturing of the ULSD fuel, the sulfur itself has nothing to do with the fuel lubricity. The loss of lubricity is a side effect of reducing sulfur content in fuel.
