add-a-leaf questions
I am also running 315 75 16's (pretty much 35" tires) on my 04 f250 with only an add a leaf leveling kit.
The 94 and earlier diesels all have negative arch springs, they look like they are bent the wrong way.
On the TTB front axle, all it takes is about 1" of lift to get the alignment so far out of whack that it can not be corrected with adjustments.
How much clearance between the bump stop and the axle when sitting on a flat level place?
I have seen the heavy duty stock replacement springs cause enough of a ride height change to require the biggest camber bushings we could find. 2" above stock is seriously the maximum I would want to go on a TTB front end, and even then you may have issues getting it re-aligned. For what a TTB lift worth buying is worth, you can buy a D60, which all by itself will give you about 2" of lift... LOL
Also, before you blame things on your springs, give your shackle bushings a good looking over, dang near every one of these trucks with any miles on it I have seen has the front shackle bushings pounded out of it.
All of that said, this is my 6.9 truck with sagged out springs, and not so great shackle bushings(it sits 3/4" off the bumpstops at rest) with a 2" BL and 315's on it:

In all reality, even with 33's, it required a 6" drop receiver for most trailers, which I ended up bending a few times(15K + behind the truck...) I much prefer being able to use the good old 2" solid stock with 3 ***** welded on style insert.
This is my Buddy's 86 before we re-built it, in these pics, it still has TTB, only a 3" BL, and a F350 4" rear block in place of the stock F250 one. Those are 37's on it:

On these trucks, a 3" body lift gives roughly the same amount of tire clearance that a 4" suspension lift will, and that is plenty. Heck, 4" of lift and some trimming on the fenders, and you could put 40's on there with no issues.
I have 38.5 Boggers on my wheeling pig with all stock F350 suspension up front, what ends up being about stock F250 height in the rear, and a 3" bl on the cab, with no lift on the bed(It's going goodbye, hence why I haven't bothered lifting it,) and just the wheelwells cut back to the body line.

I have bolted 44's on it as it sits, and if I trimmed the front fenders back to the body line like I did the rears, I could run them pretty much without issue.

When it goes, you lose about 1" of bump stop clearance.
With my plow I had a set of front springs built with two extra leaves in each spring pack.
I took one back out it rode so rough.
