NOt REALY IT AND F250 IT ALL READY has big brakes and any way u just got to start pressing them some hey any dont u have school any some ones playing hooky
option #1 - have a set of deavers custom made for your truck at 850.00 a pair. they are an 11 leaf progressive pack that ride great compared to stock. while your at it have the rear done aswell.
option #2 - custom make a 4 link with coil overs for the front and get rid of those leafs all together. 200 bucks in some chromoly steel tube, bungs and Johnnie joints and 2 grand in coil-overs and springs and your really riding like a caddie.
We just did this to the front end of a 04 duramax crew cab. rides great.
Don't forget that with a lift kit on a TTB truck (i.e. your F250) you will have to install the diff drop brackets too, which I've heard isn't real pleasant.
I'd like to lift mine at some point, I guess when I feel like doing all that wrenching One nice thing about F250's and F350's is that it only takes about 2" of lift to fit 35's.
Anyway I'm curious about the springs on the front of your other F250...never seen one with 4 leaves. Mine has 2 also. I wouldn't mind trying a 4 leaf pack, it'd probably ride better.

yea, i have absolutely no idea if they came stock or not. the previous owner has told us that all they did to it was put a custom exhaust on it.
