OK, pardon the hijack, and I've never dealt with the hydro assist setup, but I've always wondered if you could simply put in a better cylinder, like one from AGR or something? I think I've heard that the actual cylinder is the problem, but is the rest of the system weak too? Again, sorry for the

Yeah the whole setup is junk. Not a piece of it is worth its weight in scrap.

Even though,,,I have one yeah there junk,,,,when it was working not to many probs. but as in now Im getting ready to but this beast on the road and with no power steering and 39.5's and just know that Im gonna end up breaking something else,,,,,,,I REALLY NEED TO DO A CONVERSIAN SET UP OR SOMETHING ,,,,,Im gonna have to try to come up with something soon,,,but yeah I really dont care for a system that parts are hard as hell to come by but then agian ,,,,,,its almost 40 years old ha ha ha ha ha
