hi ive got a 94 f150 that i think may have ben wrecked defore i bought it. it has alot of new parts on the right front i dont think the airbag is hooked up when i turn the ignition on a buzzer goes of for about 30 seconds allso the airbag warning light flashes i took the bulb out but cant find the buzzer does anyone know where its located any advise thanks.
My guess is the buzzer is probably for the seatbelt. Try clicking the seatbelt when it's buzzing and see if it stops.
The airbag light should come on for a few seconds then go out, to show the bub is good. If it's flashing that means there is a problem with the circuit, either sensors up front or deploying part. That should be checked out as it probably won't work in another accident.
its not the seatbelt buzzer it makes a different sound the airbag buzzer is louder and has a different pitch the light wass flashing so i took the bulb out the buzzer only started working when i put a instrument cluster with a tack in it when i took the old one out i found the airbag warning light had ben removed the buzzer may be in the instrment cluster itself but i dident see one thanks
