If you have the pump off you're 90 percent of the way there.
Get a timing gasket set. (and a scraper)
Don't forget the bolts coming *up* from the front corners of the oil pan.
Use sealant on bolt threads going into or through water jackets. (I like Locktite PST)
You need to pull the harmonic balancer, so borrow a puller and make sure to check the surface that the seal will ride on is smooth.
You would want to check the timing chain for slop while you're in there, but I think the later FI models have a straight up double roller chain that lasts much longer than the silent link hy-vo type chain on my carbureted model.
Other than that, I don't have a serpentine setup so I can't be too specific about what else to look out for.
