Yeah, that's pretty much how I'm going about it Dallas, just figured I'd give up those empty calories for a month. Trust me, I'll be drinking beer during the Super Bowl! I've lost 8 lbs. in the last two weeks, so it's going pretty good. Can't think of it as dieting, I'm seeing it as changing my eating habits...
oh, and I need to get my fat butt on that damn treadmill again too!!LOL!

Keep up the good work Pat... I'm down 5, only another 25 to go, ugh. My problem is I never met a pizza I didn't like (and eat, unfortunately)... that and my metabolism stopped at age 30, then started to go backwards at age 40! lol
Oh, and congrats to Chrissy on 200!!!
