I have a 1997 F-350 4x4. The front tires have a strange wear pattern, each **** is slightly cupped at a angle, what is causing this?

Not pulling either way just wearing out tires and getting loader.

Any help?

Walt

This wear pattern is fairly common if you dont rotate your tires often enough. Verify that your ball joints, tie rods, and wheel bearings are in proper working order, then move the front tires to the back. I rotate my tires every other oil change and have no problems with uneven wear.

I'd check your shocks. If they are bad they can cause this type of wear.

Have it aligned, it may be off a bit.
