Tax write-off's are funny, there is so much that can be justified, if your an s-corp or corp. My bil wrote off his 5'' cannon exhaust....said it was maintenance...I cant argue with that, just doubt its right.
I cant lie, if I had something other than a "real estate biz" I would be taking my mods off on my taxes left and right! Might check into that when I go see my accountant anyways!

Dont worry, there will be pics. I dont use my camera outside of my job because Ive never been the type of person to really want to remember my nights!

Others will have pics later on in the week and I will post the ones appropriate enough for FTE!

The kids down the block from us are always playing in the street. There was even one mom last year that had her lawn chair out into the street that I had to drive around. The NEXT generation is going to be real scary.

That's why I am always the one with the camera, if you are taking pics you never wind up in them......

My kids never play in the street, that makes me crazy. The cul de sac my parents live in has a crap load of kids, they put little cones up at the end of it and it is a big play ground in there on the weekends. Whenever a car comes in all the kids move to the sidewalk very quickly though.

Excellent point, Cris! Only bad thing is, if Im right about who all will be there, theres no one there NOT gonna be in at least 5 pics during the night!
