Don't made your decision based on that picture in the ad. I don't know what those axle pivot bracket are for, but it's not the ones for an F250. Ranger maybe?, or one of them little trucks like Williams. The actual TC brackets are heavy duty and are the only ones that allow for camber adjustment without buying camber bushing for the ball joints.
I would think that there would be no difference between the 150 and the 250 bracket. The Beams are the same I do belive, just coils vs leafs. and different spindles on the knuckles.
I know a rangers is not anywhere close to an f150 though. 150's are built pretty good IMO compared to any other 1/2 ton truck, unless its the cheep GVWR version where it's like a chebby w/t. The ole 150's you see saggin around cause their owners baught the cheep version. haha. Glad i got the heavy half ton. I can haul more then our f250 farm truck. $$
