coolant looks black
is that what happens when the coolant isnt chanced or is oil in coolant

Im leaning on injector cup as well. If it were o-rings on the cooler it would be a leaky little bugger

Some coolants are green, red, brown ... etc. Do you know for a fact you put in a particular coolant (color) and it has changed or what? I'm not a coolant expert but there is so much stuff out there who knows !!

But it been a long time since these truck came from the factory! You never know what people have put in them. My coolant is clear to goldish..........

"Rustie" could mean someone once put GM Dex-Cool or one of its look-alikes in it. Or it could mean the SCA has been ignored/neglected, and there's cavitation.

so is there a way to get the rustie stuff out i flushed it with water hose for long time it stayed clear but im sure its got some stuck to places
