Everything except the last entry is trivial. The last entry is regarding the all too common head gasket failure. To be honest though, I really don't think I'd worry too much about that. The necessary repairs were made and from the looks of it, they were done by a competent tech who didn't stop at the head gaskets. He saw the need for the replacement short block and performed the swap.
In short, one of the inherent weak links in the 6.0 engine has been fixed on this one. I'd test drive it, check it from front to back for leaks, damage, etc. and go for it if the price is right. The OASIS shows no recurring electrical problems and nothing that would cause me to not buy it.
Also, just FYI and Moderator correct me if I am wrong, you can't post the actual OASIS report as it is copyrighted by Ford. Good luck.
Be patient here. First things first! You need to open up your window on your computer all the way and this info will probably make a little more sense. Its just crunched together right now. the info quoted above is your VIN and various codes for the truck, production date, date truck sold(start of warranty), mileage repair made.
Good luck I agree with what powerstroke said in his comments.
That looks like a good history. Most of it is recalls. There was a fuel pressure problem, but the tech didn't say what he did. Then a "modulator" valve was replaced most recently. All minor things.
The very first item is interesting. It was 2 quarts low on oil from the factory. They found it during the PDI, predelivery inspection. It holds 15 quarts, so 2 quarts is no big deal. I just found it interesting.
Looks pretty good to me too. All minor stuff. As for the engine being 2 qts. low, their scale must have been off. I know when the trans are loaded onto racks, the transmissions are weighed and that will signify being short on fluid.
