Yeah, and I miss woods like what I grew up with. Streams everywhere, broad leaf trees, etc. People here in CO are too clique-ish; even natives admit to it, and I just don't get it.

Good luck with the job search! Any company would be lucky to have you. Have you searched online for small contract jobs? Just a thought.

Logan's the same way. Where doesn't matter, so long as I'm close by and chewable!! LOL

The 2nd dog is my ex's, but I've been keeping her for a bit now. Logan loves the fat little turd. She's a Blue Heeler, and a fat little sausage of one too!

He's awesome. Thanks for the compliment!! Couldn't imagine a better companion. Here he is full-grown at 95lbs.

You gotta go where you'll be happy. Life is too short.

On the job token..thank you. A few jobs I have applied for, I was very much qualified for...nothing, not even an interview. I think people around here hire their relatives, and just post jobs to go through the motions.

I have thought about freelancing a bit, but my G4 took a crap and I have to figure out whats wrong with it. I think its my AC adapter but I need to take it to an Apple store for diagnostics. Until then, no graphic design is going to get done.

You can always put the heeler on weight management food.

I think it's her genetics - my older sis has 3 Heelers, and 1 of them is built the same way. Different foods, etc. didn't do much, so I'm not going to fight it. She's just a stocky little thing is all, so I call her "fatty" and the neighbor's kids call her "the sausage dog". She makes the 4mile runs in the morning just fine, so I'm not worried about it. It just makes it easier for her to roll over on to her back.

Our Golden Retriever/Collie mix had this exact thing done about 4 years ago Ray. It did not slow him down a bit. He can still tear the hide off a tennis ball or chew up a rawhide like there is no tomorrow. He will look a little odd looking at him from the front but not bad. Best of luck.

Lisa, thanks very much. It may not seem like much to you, but it helps a lot. So, time for breakfast and more playing with baby. I'm going for being up for 40+ straight hours, and I bet tonight is no better.... I need coffee, badly...
Cris, bring me starbucks please.... 24 hr drive right?, I'll still be here and up I bet.
40hrs? Youre crazy. Ive done right about 30hrs while in college...but nowhere near 40 hrs! You're gonna pass out for like 15 hrs straight soon!

Morning Brent! Hopefully Claire will let you get some rest this afternoon while she naps. The most important rule of parenting a baby is sleep when they sleep, they house and everything can wait to be cleaned and whatnot.

Huck --> Good looking pup, man!!

Jacob --> Good luck!!

That's as far as I read this morning. Had to run a test overnight and got up to check out the log and get ready to head in. Busy friggin' week. So much for some down time over the holidays.
You make it sound like the rest of us do nothing all day..... How is your back today? Hope your week doesn't kick your azz.

You - Huck
Pup - Finneus

Huck & Finn!

Corny, maybe, but I do think Finneus would be a good name, and there'd be an obvious tie in to you as well.

Also, I could resist posting this pic of my guy as a pup. And yes, he did indulge which is why he was passed out like that!!

He is too cute Brendan, looks like he had a few beers to many

I can see her in a couple months doing laps around your kitchen

Hit it with a deadblow hammer if it doesn't want to come off once the ring is removed.
