Wiper Probs 1995 E-350
Hello and thanks for lots of previous help.
I have a '95 E-350 with a wiper malfunction. Motor has been replaced as old one was frozen with rust. Washer works but no wipers lo or high. I can hear a "clicking" sound coming from the wiper module when turning the column switch. I suspect this is the problem but I would appreciate some input from you folks.
I have just purchased this van and it has a few other "evil spirits" as well like no horn, no cruise and a blinking airbag lamp(related)?
Please help!

What is the air bag light flashing? If it's a 3x code the clockspring under the steering wheel is bad. Check the MLPS, my dad's 93 E350 had a similar problem and he pull the switch out, cleaned it, and put it back together. Now it works just fine.
