2004 E350 wiper problem
Hi,
I have a 2004 E350 van and my wipers quit working. I confirmed I am getting power to the motor by testing it at the plug. I got 12 volts on the low and high position. I bought a new motor installed it and still no wipers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Update: Installed a new switch and still no wipers. Now I'm really stumped.

Looking at my '03 EVTM I see a 30a fuse in slot 2.9 of the Central Junction Box, inside the van. Mostly likely that's NOT open if you have power at the motor connector.
There is a Wiper Control Module that might have failed---that's the only other device in the whole wiper circuit. Am I correct assuming your installing a new switch was the multi-function switch, the one also controlling hi-bean H/L's and turn signals? The WCM gets its directions from that switch but sadly I don't know any way to test it for failure.
