tailgate window issue

Wow! I joined up just to help you with your problem. Been there done that. The first thing you should do is (I can't believe no one mentioned this) is to replace the window switch on the dash. They are about $20.00 at your local Ford dealer. They usually stock them because they are a common problem. I'm on my third one already. I also jumped out the tailgate closed safety switch, just to make life a little easier. Good luck.
