For the most part, yes. There could be some small incidentals that have to be worked out, but they are pretty much the same.

Putting a 40 year old wiring harness on your truck seems like a bad move to me. The insulation is old and brittle, the design is well, 40 years old, and as with most vehicles of this age, has probably been changed or altered. I used a universal kit form Painless on mine and it works very nice, has modern fuses and is designed so the headlights burn bright and have plenty of circuits now for add ones like a decent stereo and such.

ssquints999, one of the quirks of a 67 is the iginition switch. The connecter is different than any of the other trucks in the 67 - 72 range. 67 heater controls were also a one year thing so there will be differences there too. I repaired the harness in my 67 for now but I'm planning to build a custom one in the future. I've read about the Painless kits and they look good I just prefer to build my own. I know of a guy who has or at least had a good 67 harness for sale. If you're interested shoot me a p/m.

NOTE to FTE member:garlindethfury: Here's one for you, it's also NOS.

D1TZ14401G .. Main Wiring Harness / Obsolete / Fits: 1971/72 F100/350 with amp & oil pressure warning lights.

Don Sanderson Ford in Glendale AZ has ONE: 623-842-8762.

I know...Camper Specials all came with amp/oil pressure gauges, but beggers cannot always be choosers.

Building a wiring harness from scratch can be difficult and time consuming. Unless you have a lot of experience with electrical systems you might want to think twice before starting the project.
