the rise in the tax increase when broken into a monthly figure i will be willing to bet is substantially lower than the $88 a month I pay now.
They also raised income tax personal exemptions for '09 I noticed, federal is 10,100 (up from 9,500) and provincial is $16,xxx (up from 15,435). So Im getting tax breaks there too which will offset any extra i may/may not be paying elsewhere to make up for the "free" healthcare.

understandable...
what I would like to see with any provincial "surplus money"...is subsidized energy. Since its the oil and gas sector that pulled this province out of the black and into the red.
