I know this has been asked a thousand times. But...Lets go ahead and beat this dead horse some more. I'm gonna order one or the other this weekend. I want to hear your likes and dislikes of both of these. I don't want to start a war here. I would like to hear your opinions and experiences with both. I don't intend to ever get crazy with power. At the most I might one day upgrade the hpop and turbo to late 99, and *maybe* a mild set of sticks one day. This truck is a dd and I do tow 10-15k regularly. I've never rode in anything that's been tuned by Tony. Until yesterday I had never rode in anything that Jody had tuned. I was very impressed with JD's truck with Jody's tunes. Also, Jody is about a 3-4 hour drive from here. Sorry for writing a book.
Thanks and Merry Christmas
Huck, I am geting live tuniing form Jody. I have no idea which is better. I have the stickers and chip from Jody. . I think the F-6 is a good thing. TW is closer to me then DP. But I have a date setup with Jody. Your question is hard to answer.
For THAT specific usage, pick whatever you think looks cooler. Neither one will do you too much harm at that power level. Jody spends alot of his time making his stuff look cool, and im sure alot of people buy that because it has a nice little switch with a digital readout, and some people just dont buy a TW chip because it has the old school rotary ****
IIRC. I read somewhere that with the F6. If you buy a tune and then need it reburnt for new mods, that you are not charged for that tune. Has anyone else heard of this?

Here's what the website says

Also, I believe Tony sent Kris a bunch of tunes to see what would work better on his truck. Once he figures out what works, he'll send Kris the different tunes. They went this way since Kris's truck is what you might call, out of the ordinary.
For a stock truck I would go with the DP-Tuner with the fancy gauge like you seen. But if I got bigger injectors say Swamps I would probably get a Swamps chip or Tony Wildman chip. Kris your truck is definatly out of the ordanary so much you can't even get a turbo .

Where do you get this stuff Justin? My truck idled like a turd with Swamps tunes and their injectors. After several attempts to fix it, I had Jody fix that for me.
Maybe its just due to the live tunings? I was going on a few reviews I have read over at PSN on Tony's tunes and recently heard Swamps had tunes, you would figure if he makes the injectors he could make the tunes to run them. I didn't know you ran his tunes when you got his injectors.
