So what is the real difference between the premium and the regular warn hubs?

Mine went right in no problem at all. I spent more time looking for my allen wrenches. Just put them in and plug the lines.

Thanks Justin.. I keep reading I need a coversion kit, but it appears to be talking about something else..

The esof control is up on the passenger side, behind the battery? Is that what I had read earlier. I would like to unplug it there and seal it..

ITs right on the fender with lines running out and down to the hubs pull it out and put a vaccum cap on it where it splits.

I just ordered my hubs from this place, 199.95 to my door. I might see them Tuesday

On a edit, the difference between Prem, and standard is the standard has plastic parts, and a 1/8 turn lock in,prem has nearly a 9/10ths lock in, and all metal parts..

just to make sure are the warn 11690 a direct replacement? remove snap ring pull out oem hub, slide in warn, install snap ring and project done.

Correct, there are a number of allen heads to be tightened as well. No "adapert kit" needed. Also, the only plastic in the 11690 is the dial, everything inside is metal.

Is there installation instructions that come with the hubs? Also do we need to worry about torque settings or just hand tight and be done. One more thing what about greasing them do we need to grease them?
