I had full 96oz white bottle of Power Service DK jell in the bed of my truck today. Went to pour some in my tank and it came out like jelly. Anyone had this happen? Granted it was 17 below last night, but with the DK jelling seems kinda pointless too use.
They're usually pretty good about answering emails. Have you contacted them through the power service website?
If the anti-gel stuff starts to gel in the bottle, I'd say you're screwed. Any truck stops around where you might pick up a couple of different brands to see how they hold up? I know the Howe's bottle claims they offer a free tow if your fuel gels while using their product.
I wonder if you just got a bad batch or something. Keep us up to date on what you find out on this.
Not sure how cold it is in my shop (outside has been below zero.....shop isn't heated, just insulated) but my white bottle of Power Service is still liquid and pours fast.

Mine was in the bed for a week of sub zero temps with lows of -17°F. It's anti gelling is suppose to be good to -30°.
Interesting. I cannot even find white bottle Power Service locally right now. There was a bunch of school buses that gelled up and it made the news. Before you knew it, the white bottle stuff sold out everywhere around me.
I bet this was the regular DK stuff. Just my bet. Summer additive in 17 below = bad results. If this was the case, there is nothing to complain about. It is not made for those temps. Hope I'm wrong but that is how I see it. 17 below is damned cold. I don't want any of that. It is 21 outside here and I hate it.
Edit: I just looked again and he said white bottle. Never mind except that is still cold for even that.
