F-450 Master Cylinder

Anyone ever herd of putting an F-450 Master Cylinder on a 250 or 350 to give it a little more stopping power? I herd something about this the other day and was wondering if anyone has checked it out or done it.
Thanks
John

F-SuperDuty's used a hydro boost system instead of a vacuum booster.

John
The hydro boost conversion has been done a number of times, you can also use the parts from the SD trucks

Yes they are different. Due to the F-SD having rear disc it has a different bore. A few have done just the master cylinder but the bolt spacing is different so they slotted the holes in the MC. I don't recall the results on the swap whether they liked it alot or just a little or not at all.

Thats what I herd. You have to waller out the holes on teh 450 MC and then it will go right in. I might look into it some more but the rear disc are stopping great now.( pics will be posted soon)
