Front end noises on 99 explorer

Front end noises on 99 explorer
Hello fellow FTE members. My girlfriend has a 99 explorer 4 door 4x4 v6. It has started a weird clunking noise in the front end when you are on a bumby road. Also when you back up and turn right it growls while you are backing up. But stops when you stop. Steers, drives and goes down the road good. replaced front wheel bearings a couple of months ago. Not sure if any of you have seen or heard of this. Got any ideas?
