alarm -what does it mean?
My 2000 F150 2wd 182K started making a new sound yesterday. It is a series of 5 low tones, over 9 seconds. Not nearly as fast or loud as the light still on alarm. FYI, this was just after I accidentally hit the IP just below the light switch very hard with my left knee while getting in. It is intermittent, will do it several times in a row, then stop, only to resume later. I do not see the theft warning light flashing. Everything else seems to work fine, except the seat belt warning light has been off, but I think before yesterday.
