plagued by 565 code....

plagued by 565 code....
I am still dealing with a persistant 565 code. Here is what I have completed so far, in order.

I changed the fuel filter, then the fuel pressure regulator, and the cannister purge solenoid.

The only thing left do is to change every hose from the cannister on out. Before starting that are there any other suggestions as to why this code wont clear?

This is for my 94 F250 with a 351.

have you checked the canister purge solenoid on the right side of the engine coming from the purge canister? wires could be burnt, etc..how about the o2 sensor?

I replaced the entire solenoid, I didn't check the wires themselves as the solenoid looked like something off the titanic.

LOL know what you mean, just sometimes they can get against manifolds, blocks etc.

ok as soon as it stops snowing here, I think at this rate it may not be until june.......

Is you ck engine light on? I removed all of the emissions bs from my 95 F350 with the 351, and it runs great, and no ck engine light is on.

Yes the check engine light comes on several minutes after I drive the truck. When I turn it off it stays off when I restart it but always comes back on.
