Auto Dimming Mirror
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to install a auto dimming rear view mirror into a truck that didn't come stock with one? I have a 2000 F150 that has the overhead console but didn't come with the auto dim mirror. I have access to a auto dimming mirror that came from a 2000 F150. How do I wire it? Thanks for any help!

Ive seen these before,but never paid attention to the wiring...IF you can get a wiring print for the type truck it came out of,you should be able to find the feed lines for the mirror relatively easily.IF I have my suspicions,the mirror is controlled by the normal 12-14 volts DC,and of course a ground.If possible find out how many connector pins are on it,and that should give a good clue as to how hard its gonna be to wire up...
