A flat piece of iron and a hammer works pretty good. I use an old screwdriver with the end flattened.

on a truck i was getting rid of, i would probablty use the hammer and punch method. but this one is a keeper, so i am doing it up properly.
the site fmc400 posted had the proper tool. and it will not be wasted, since i have 2 trucks, my ex partner has 3 trucks, and in the work shop we have 18 thruck that use that wrench.
