thanks Sean. -unfortunatly it is not the $7 ebay one i need. 
i used the hammer and punch to spin the nut off on the parts tank, but did not like the way it went back on.
since this is for a keeper truck and not a seller truck, i want to do it rite and buy the proper tool.
