hi all, i'm new if you cant tell already. I found this forum because i am in the works of fixing my brother's 1998 explorer Eddie edition. he heat is not working. I already found the post with JFrank to fix it that way and its not working if feels like the the hole where the actuator goes is to large and nothing is catching to turn the sytsem over to heat. Anyone else have some ideas or other ways to fixing this. I'm trying to fix it myself so the shop doesn't make me pay them 700$
also anyone know a way to getting that box where the actuator goes into open without taking about the whole dash?
If not whats the easiest way of taking about the dash?
p.p.s. When i tried to do the blend door fix by myself when i first got to it behind the glove box, everything was loose in there and looks like a screwdriver got pried through there. ( this was right after we got it back from a shop)
