You can upload them to your gallery. Detail photos and charts, schematics etc.. must be "hidden".

What do you mean "both vents"?
There's a brake hose, two brake lines and a vent going to the junction block.
Are you saying there is no hose on the fitting pointing at the spare tire?
Yes, this should have a hose that goes up to the bottom of the bed in a loop.
Maybe it rotted or was torn off?

If it weren't right about to snow I'd go out and take a picture myself on lunch.

i uploaded one to my gallery

there are 2 valves on it and the one doesnt have a hose on it

I only see the one breather, that is missing it's hose.
The other hose is the flexible brake line coming from the crossmember.

As I said, up to the bottom of the bed.
And it would be wise if it looped back down a bit so that if your rear were to go underwater there would be air trapped at the top.

Just my opinion...
